Books Around the Corner is starting an exciting new chapter.
This Gresham bookshop first opened in 2018- which I visited– and not only did they relocate a few blocks away but they’ve decided to embrace Halloween year-round and focus on sci-fi, mystery, fantasy, and, of course, horror.
It was a shame they had a couple bad experiences with people who refused to follow covid safety protocols during their grand re-opening. But, while I was in there, a couple came in who had driven down from Central Washington to come and show their support. Not only did they buy books beforehand that they were picking up but they were doing some more shopping and they had found at least one title already within the first five minutes.
